My name is Koltan Ohnell, born and raised in Bismarck, ND. I grew up in the outdoors, along with a passion for farming and land management.
After graduating high school, I earned my degree in Agronomy from Bismarck State College while working for a local agronomy center, then spent 7 years selling farm machinery. That experience led to the creation of Knockout Land Management, LLC.
Established in 2022, we started with commercial/industrial mowing and snow services—still a large part of the operation—and in 2025 we expanded into hunting land improvements and maintenance.
